we have decided to name the end of the fiber fabric with the light guide fibers named end B,and the end of the weft length named end A.
The following are the specific methods for cutting specific shapes of optical fiber fabric pieces;
A) Geometrical fiber fabric cutting:
1. Square and rectangular fiber fabric cutting
There are many shapes to choose from,but this is the siplest.as shown in the figure, you can leave the fiber at the B end,but the other ends can be cut as normal.
2. Triangular fiber fabric cutting

Fabric piece must be cut and the fibers at the B end must be combined with the led light source ,in order to process the semi-finished product,which can be used to make the designed finished product.
Q: How does the product shine?
A: The luminous products are made of fiber optic fabric and led light, when powered by battery, they will emit lights.
Q: Is there any risk of electrical shock wearing the luminous clothes, do they heat up?
A: There is absolutely no risk of shock or electrocution, as all of our items that are are powered by low voltage batteries (3 V or 4.5 V). The Fiber Optics Fabric does not heat up when lit.
Q: Can I wash it?
A: Yes. It can be gently hand washed (scrub only,can not be knead or twisted) with water up to 50 degree centigrade and natural soap, but the battery box must be taken off or kept away from water before washing. If battery box is taken off, pls keep the plug of wire away from water. This fabric can not be machine-washed, improper folded. After wash, dryer or iron is forbidden, hang dry only.
Q: How to storage the item?
A: The Fiber Optics Fabrics is as fast as any other synthetic fabric., unlike other synthetic fabrics,you should not NEVER FOLD THE FIBER OPTICS FABRICS perpendicularly to the optics fabrics,otherwise this may permanently damage or break the optical fibers.The Fiber Optics Fabrics can be folded(with care) parallel to the optical fibers.For small items, use hangers is OK. But for large items (eg. tablecloths…), we recommend that the item be rolled up around a roll of minimum 10cm (4inchs) diameter

Very nice. Comes with color changing light source and charging cable. Fiber optics extend from both sides of the fabric, so I can cut it in half and use both halves. Happy with the purchase.

I am creating a costume with this fiber optic material for Tomorrowland and it’s perfect! The components and fabric are well made. As I expected, I did have to clean up the fraying on the edges with clear nail polish but that’s typical of fabric. The electrical parts are simple and easy to use. I also received this 8 days after my order. I did engage with the store and they were very helpful. I’ve even ordered another one for more projects!

This is my 2nd Ofer and just like my previous review above, this sheet was just as great! Quick delivery. I made a simple crop top with the two pieces to wear to Tomorrowland in Belgium and got stopped with many compliments. I ran out of time to properly sew and plan my project in all honestly but made the fabric work. It is trickier than normal fabric to work with since there are fibers which make it glow which is why you need to be strategic in creating projects. Draping isn’t really an option since the fibers make the fabric a tad bit stiff. However, the result of the glow is worth the trouble. I forgot to charge the fabric all the way (oops) so it did run out of batteries. The pic I posted is the bow from the same material in this store (highly recommend )
