Very VERY sparkly. Some of the hexagonal reflectors can poke you – so it isn’t extremely comfortable – but certainly not due to poor quality or poor workmanship. If there was a velvet lining that would resolve the uncomfortable aspect. The measurements were accurate. Not sure if I will ever be brave enough to wear it out in public- but if I did then it would be an attention magnet – especially anywhere there are beams of light shining down on or at people (like a dance club).
